Delete Your Airstory Account

We're sorry to see you go but if you're sure you want to delete your account follow these steps: 

1. Open the purple navigation bar by clicking on the Airstory logo in the upper left-hand corner of your Airstory interface. 
2. Navigate to the bottom of the navigation bar and click on Settings.
3. Under My Account, navigate to the Delete my account:
4. A confirmation box will appear, click on Yes - Delete my account to delete your account and all associated assets (NB: this cannot be undone).
5. Once you've deleted your Airstory account all your personally-identifying information will be removed from Airstory's servers within 2 weeks.
