Share Your Airstory Project

To share any project you have two options:

1a. Open the project you'd like to share

1b. Navigate to the upper right-hand corner of the screen and click on the green Share button, which will cause the Manage Users modal to appear

1c. Within Manage Users click on the green button to create the project's link, which can then be shared via email, text or slack

Alternatively, you can invite a guest to the project and assign their editorial permission levels immediately, like so:

2a. Open the project to which you'd like to add the guest.

2b. Click on the green 'Share' button in the upper right-hand corner of the document.

2c. Click on Invite a guest to this project.

2d. Input the email address of the individual(s) you'd like to collaborate with and assign their editorial permission level.

In order to begin collaborating in the project, the invited guest(s) must first access the project via the email link; it will come from support@airstory.co with the subject line [Project owner's name] has invited you to an Airstory project.
